Stamp4 Query

I lost my job after 19.5 months on green card permit , Can I get a stamp 4 now ,is there some way?
Someone knows some example like this?

Also if I get a new green card will I need to stay on it for 2 years or will I get Stamp 4 after 5 months on that second Green Card

Like 19.5 + 5 is more than 24 months ,

Pls provide me with some pointers on this

You have asked this twice, have you read the responses? I will repeat my response. This is a gray area and could be interpreted either way. Talk to the local citizens bureau or immigration or write the DoJ, but I think the answer will be no.
