Spouse visa - Online application VAF4A enquiry

Hi All

I am applying spouse visa for me wife, and there are two fields under "Sponsor Details" section confuse me when I am filling the online application VAF4A form,

1. Date of Permanent Residency, does it mean the start date of my PR? or expiry date?

2. What is their relationship to you? this drop down has all relative options except Husband? so I have to choose "other relative", very weird to me

And also on the Application details section, "Join family" is not in the type of visa drop down, so I have to select "Settlement" however the Visa application fees on GOV site has both "Join family" and "settlement" visa type.

Can someone help me please ?

Yes other relative, stupid, I know. Start date of ILR.

Settlement is correct category
Other relative only option for husband/wife, weird I know.
