Spouse visa - 6 months payslip enquiry

Post by jeremy001181 » Fri Jun 13, 2014 1:51 pm

Hi all

I am planning to submit my application on 22nd July 2014, and my payslip of June won't be available until 6th July 2014.

Now the problem is I will be on my holiday and leaving UK to see my wife on 4th July with all documents I prepare, and submit the application from there, so I won't be able to get June's payslip!

What can I do, guys?? please help? any alternative solution?

Thanks in advance

Ming

Arrange for someone to post it to you?

I thought sponsors are to submit documents from UK?isn't it going to be dealt with in Sheffield? going 4th n submitting 6th,y not try and sort it out b4 going,so you don't end up stressing yourself unnecessarily.just a suggestion though.

Really? ... you probably got different situation then , my missus is not in a EU country, my understanding is people who are outside of EU country needs to submit application from where they are, that's why.

when I booked my flight ticket, I didn't foresee that...now I am a bit stress out.. :(

The applicant (your wife) submits the application/documents in her country of residence, not the sponsor.

May be it depends on country, what I'm aware of n recent is the applicant submit appendix 2 n the copy of the online application, plus the tb certificate. While the sponsor post the supporting documents to Sheffield.
Can someone shed more light on this because I'm about doing this and need help too,I'm not just saying it to confuse pls.

Rayking it depends on the country so make sure you read the information relevant to your spouse!

As for the payslip it must be no more than 28 days ok at the time of application.

Some countries require a TB certificate - some don't.
