Congrats Shahjee, I applied on the same date 10/02/2014, still HO saying application incomplete, did you call them to check the status of application in recent days , in some cases they give the standard reply while they have already sent the document.?? My application was sent by my solicitor without return envelope so cant check the delivery status.

thanks

Just called HO and enquired about the progress, same reply " Application is still under process".
I don't know what type of processing is going on with my application.
Why they are holding it?
What they are trying to find in it?

thanks
Khani Bahi,
I called them on Wednesday late in the afternoon and Home office gave me the stereo type reply to wait as the application is incomplete, but on my approval letter the date is 12/06/14, which means that it was issued on Thursday, just a day after I called. So I would presume that they don't have the actual information until it is finally issued. The special delivery reference number that I have helped me as I knew some thing is on its way. Khani Bahi just yesterday I was like you worrying my self thinking the worst and I understand that it is very frustrating, but it is positive signs that at least they are now busy dealing with cases after almost a complete full stop of a couple of weeks. My prayers with all you, and I am positive that very soon your good news are coming, along with other brothers and sisters. May Allah be with you. Take care.
Kind regards
Shahjee

Khanzada123, the right way is to book PEO and apply straight away, you can try to convince the case worker face to face. I am not sure about solicitors these days, may be a good one can be of help, but you have seen cases over here where people appeared on PEO and managed to convince the case worker successfully that wife is still covered by the old rules. I hope that they see some sense in and grant your Mrs visa under the old rules. all the best buddy.

That's great news khani. Don't worry it will be positive news. As it was sent through 2nd class post you should receive it tomorrow.

Did they give you the tracking number?

Many congratulations to u in advance.
