This week has been great as we had about 5 approvals on this forum and (khani)(forum member) will receive his documents tomorrow. Insha Allah with approval. That will make it 6 approvals.

@hassan5805,

Bro there is no point of calling them as i have observed customer service agents mostly have no new information. They all will give you different answers. One will say they are still doing Jan applications and other will say they are doing Feb applications.

The data i shared last time showed 10 out of 725 march applications has already been decided. That shows they have started working on march applications but i persume majority of the staff dealing with Feb applications as they had about 485 applications undecided on 03-06-14.

So fingers crossed we will get our decision by end of june.

Dear all,
Finally, My ILR application is accepted. I have received all my documents with BRP. My timeline is -

Applied: 05/08/2013
Bio: 14/08/2014
Declined: 17/12/2013
Appeal accepted: 20/03/2014
ILR approved: 05/06/2014
Doc received: 11/06/2014

I wish all the best to who are waiting.

My questions:
1- I applied my wife's application using FLR(M) and request to hold the application. What should I do now? Should I call HO to process her application or wait?
2- My second child has just born on the of my ILR approval which is 05/06/2014. Can I register him as British during birth registration?

FLR (M) PEO Success.
by rajamahbub » Thu Jun 05, 2014 6:09 am

I received my ILR on 8th 0f May, 2014 through 10 years long residency. I applied for my wife's FLR (M) through PEO Croydon yesterday and it was successful.

On the application I did not fill Financial Requirements 7(A) instead I completed Manitenance 7(B) despite my salary is way over the financial requirements. My wife has been here since 2008 on spouse of IGS, PSW and T1 (General). I was worried they'll ask me why I didn't complete section 7(A) as it is a requirements according to new rules. But they didn't ask us any question and took only 20 minutes to make their decision. On the letter it states, you may now stay two more years and after two years you can apply for ILR. So it's definitely treated under old rule.

So keep your hope but it completely depends on individual case worker and how they interpret the new rules!

One question, can my wife apply for ILR now or she has to wait two more years?

Sorry bro i have to disagree with you.

At the bottom it says ''This data is current for up to and including 31 March 2014.''

That sentence above states that when this report was released (03-06-14) that's the current situation of the applications made.

You have to read the table and understand it is not a norm for SET LR applicants to get a decision in 8 weeks (ecept may be 1 or 2 cases).

If we go by ur understanding of the data than u r suggesting HO has decided 205 Feb applications by 31st March. That is impossible.

Hope above make sense for you.

I have requested more data on 28th May hopefully next week i will have latest figures.

Bro sajjadali,

Don't worry you will get your decision next week. Ring your solicitor on Tuesday. sometime solicitors are busy and they don't tell ur for a week.

Trust me it is the way i explained the table to you as i have been following this forum for over a year and i have only seen 1 case which was decided in 9 weeks all other cases atleast take 14-18 weeks.

Hello March_LR14, thanks a lot my brother for the nice wishes, I really appreciate that. You are right trying to put my life back on track now, waiting for the biometric now as I haven't received it today. I also applied FLR(M) for my Mrs and daughters on 2nd of Aplil 2014, and they received a letter a month or so ago that their application is on hold because my case was not decided yet. So yes you are right the wait for there visa continues for the time being, hopefully they received theirs soon.
I hope you receive your one soon, signs are positive as you see just today at least 3 approved so looks like Home Office have picked pace now. My best wishes and prayers with you my brother. Keep us posted, take care.
