Any one waiting for tribunal decision ???

My appeal on feb 10 , decision Amended bcoz HO rep needed time to verify the document so that court adjourned . N they given May 16th , at this time HO rep doesn't turn back into court , my barrister explained everything , Honour judge told to wait for writing with in 21 days but still I didn't get any decision in writing , nearly 1 n half years . Plz suggest something .
