Dependants status after 10 years long residence ILR approval

Hi All,
I am currently on Tier 1 PBS GENERAL visa and my spouse is on my dependant visa.
I am applying for a Indefinite Leave to Remain based on 10 year long residence category.
Once my ILR is approved, what would be the status of my spouse until she applies for her 'family of settled person' visa?
It would be best if she can apply as a dependant along with me but it seems that is not allowed.
Please help with this information.

Perhaps the best idea would be continue as a T1 G applicant until eligible for ILR as a PBS applicant.
