NQF level 6 RLMT

Hi,
I need a small information.
My sponsor got the license(Unrestricted) and I want to apply for visa . When my sponsor trying to fill the COS, it say job has to under shortage occupation list, if not Labour Market Test has to be done. My Code is 3545 falls under NQF Level 6. I am currently on Tier 1 (Post study work) . Do my sponsor need to do Labour Market Test?.

Please help me.

You can check yourself if your job falls under shortage occupation list.

If it does not, your employer has to do an RLMT before hiring you.

Even though my job is under nqf level 6 and im switching from psw i need to have RLMT?
Mine is in uk application.

Text below from the T2 guidance:

"
Your sponsor will only be exempt from doing a resident labour market test if you have or have last had leave in one of the categories:
• Tier 1: Post Study category; or
• International Graduate Scheme (or its predecessor, the Science and Engineering
Graduate Scheme); or
• Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme.
"

So Yes, no RLMT in your case.
