She can claim Carers Allowance and DLA/PIP, that is acceptable.

Are you in the UK with valid leave or abroad?

Savings alone for those who are exempt from the financial requirement would depend on how many children you have, assuming non, then £14781 should suffice.

Should be ok. However, I don't think her ESA is correct, she should have a severe disability premium on her ESA if she's awarded either Standard or Enhanced rate daily living. I assume it's just her and the 17 year old in the house and the 17 year old is receiving middle or higher rate care DLA.

I am in receipt of Carer DLA. I had applied for my wife's visa but it was refused, subsisting and inadeqaute funds, i had appealed and at the hearing in February, the judge accepted my marriage but i was a few pounds shourt of the income.
However, i now have a part time job with the carers allowance and clear £120 after CT and housing benefit.

I want to now reapply for my wife to join me, should i attach the Judgement from the appeal court with the application? and is there anything else i have to do. it has been over two years since i have seen my wife. thank you.
