After long wait I got approval letter.


Applied: 27/7/2013
Refused: 4/9/2013
Appealed: 17/9/2013
Hearing Date: 3/6/2014
Home Office Withdraw: 2/6/2014
Visa Approval Letter: 16/06/2014
BRP: 17/06/2014

Best Solicitor I got. He said no interview will be contacted
later he said he will try to push HO to withdraw case. Both came true.

Two points

One my job title does not satisfy the appendix J
Second. I provided tgree contracts. Case worker said
One is ok. Other two clients do not provide services which my business provide

The Job title you have given in your application form is not listed in Appendix J.

Addentionally, the contracts between your business and ***property and ****Estate Agents are not acceptable because they do not demonstrate the services which you provided your clients
