HI ALL
i have applied for tier 1 ent visa.i switched from tier 4 to tier 1. it's been 7 months since i have submitted my application and 5 months i went for interview.
i want to ask if my application is refused.
CAN I SWITH TO TIER 4 back? if yes than how much money do i need to show for maintenance?
How much time will be given to make appeal or fresh application.
PLEASE ADVICE ME

@waseem0345: Yes you can apply for T4 again, from July 5th the maintenance is changing so check the guidance.
What did they ask you in interview?
Did you apply through VC?

the maintenance is changing to how much? i am on tier 4 right now and im planning on switching to entrepreneur on £50,000 route, do i have to be worried about the maintenance?

From 1st July 2014 & onwards, Maintenance for Tier 1 Entrepreneur will be

Inside UK (for 12 months or more)
Main : £945 (previously was £900)
Dep : £630 (previously was £600)

Outside UK (or inside UK for less than 12 months)
Main : £3310 (previously was £3100)
Dep : £1890 (previously was £1800)

Venture Capital applications are very rare nowadays and it would be hard to secure the funding especially if your visa is running out very soon. You need proper planning for this visa. Remember, that Venture Capital is just like third-party. They cannot guarantee for your visa. It's the candidate who has to make sure all the relevant documents are being provided. Many students make mistake of providing insufficient documents relating to their business model and structure. Therefore, I would advice that they hire professional services for each requirement individually (rather than from one person)

To give you an idea, from January 2014 to March 2014 (3 months), only 25 applications were submitted where UK's FCA based Venture Capital funding was provided.
