Extension FLR(M) under new rules

Hi I need some information regarding extension for spouse of a british citizen. she has done A1 course already at the time of entry clearance from her country and also fulfilled income threshold as well.
She needs to show A1 level and Income threshold again at the time of extension or not. The requirements were already fulfilled at the time of entry clearance granted from her home country.
