appeal want some help regarding source of funds.

Hi all
My application was refused on some stupid assumptions
By ukba. And I appeal against the decision.
Now I am trying to gather the bundle of evidence which I have to send before 24th June.
So regarding source of funds.
I explain to them in my interview that about 26k I received as a family inheritance gift through my brother in law who is a doctor in uk (16k online transfer clearly mentioned his name on bank statement provided and a cheque of 10k )
And the rest 25k are my own savings.
Now for the bundle of evidence I will have to take a written statement from my brother in law can any one help me out how to draft this letter.

@marathon: How did you get 50k in your account, if it's a inheritance from your parents just keep a tt copy, statement and passport copy from whom you got money and one letter explaining that you do not have to return back that money.

@source of fund: my money was only 25k as my team mate shows his 25k.
out of my 25k my bother gave me 6k from canada. rest of 19k was my saving from my wages from 2 jobs. so what kind of doc needed to satisfiy home office pls advice.

I tend to believe that when they just want to refuse an application and cannot come up with a valid reason they try to take refuge in these silly objections. I have tries to make you letter a bit more clear.
