Seriously very unfair on us !!
Musriz, I think from May applications were being dealt at decision making hubs? And the ones before went to BHC Islamabad? That's how I see it as we never got an e-mail last time when we applied. This time round we did mentioning it went to the decision making hub, in the city which we applied in.
Prayforus- this could be the case. So unfair though for previous applicants. Many from even before me.
Thanks for your input.

Well that very good news.

What questions did they asked from you, As i got a call from them but i was at work so straight went voice mail they didn't leave any message. i am worried now. can you please share ur experience i waited all day today for their call but no call today :(.
they asked my name, my spouse's name, my mother's name and my date of birth to confirm that i am the right person to talk to . then the caller asked me about my bank statements. he was very nice and provided me with a few options on how to send those to them .

i personally think that if they are asking for more information, it means that they are atleast going through your file and that its not sitting on a desk collecting dust.

Hi me again... I need advice from those that can shed some light just some general advice!

As I have mentioned before for 2 weeks my wage slips show net 226 whereas i was paid 237.88 into account.
As soon as this happened the employer asked me to pay him back the difference from 237.88 and 226 as i should have been paid into account 226. So to pay him back the overpaid amount for 2 weeks was 23.76 and i did this straight away through my account.

Does this then mean as i transferred that overpaid amount back into the employers account that my wages for them two weeks will then become 226 as obviously i paid employer back I didn't keep the overpaid amount?

To prove this I have

a) the overpaid amount going back into the employers business account on my bank statement
b) the employers bank statement showing him receiving that 23.76
b) an employers letter explaining it was his mistake
c) the accountants letter confirming that the wage was 226 but employer made an error and it has been rectified
d) bank receipt stamped and signed on the date i had transferred the overpaid money back.

What does everyone think?

Please be honest.... I'll be applying 3rd time couldn't bare suffering again!

Your employer made a mistake . Mistakes do happen, main thing is you have every proof to prove it was mistake.
In my view I think you should be ok.

Sorry HELLO786, I am not authorised to read private messages yet :-) - Our gross income was the same all through out, just the net pay was different. The overpaid amount if £34 in our case was paid back to the employer in cash not via the account. This was a mutual agreement between me and my employer of which I sent a copy of to BHC. We also contacted our MP, to which the BHC Islamabad replied to as that the ECO doesn't find it credible that a small employer can not issue the correct payslips etc etc...so that's our story :-)

Oh i see so sorry to hear that its so annoying! My discrepancy is within 2 wage slips. The amount i paid back through our accounts which i reckon should be more than enough evidence, we got a letter from the accountant to show that once submitted u cannot change the net income of a slip . .

I am still now very scared but we have spoken to two lawyerz who have said we have sufficient proof so far to show money was paid back etc. I am seeing anther lawyer today again but either i am really put off :(.

I do think that our circumstances are different and the way we dealt with the issue.

If u dont mind me asking did u consult a lawyer before submitting?

And was it just 3 pay slips that had the difference of net income compared to amount ?

Thnk u so much for ur help !
