Tier1 General Dependant - out of UK more than 180 days

Hi Gurus,

Please help in this case.

Main Applicant due to ILR in June 2015.
Dependant Entered UK in March 2013.
Dependant spent 150 days out of Uk till March 2014, which is Ok as I read through the forum.

If dependant spends more than 180 days in the current year what would be the implications ?
