T-2 to T-1

Hi i got today my T-2 (G) visa, i have some questions so plz if seniors can help me out.

1- can i switch to other company if yes what is time period. As i got T-2 General on 22K as Business Development Manager today but i m not satisfied with that company and if i want to change my company can i do it straight away is there is any time limit? and what are the other terms and conditions which i need to fulfill to change my Employer.

2- Can i go for Tier-1 Ent (2K) category? if yes is there is any impact on my tier-2 if i go for Tier-1.

3- How can i do check and balance on my company wether if they are charging tax to me r they depositing to HMRC or not?

Plz all seniors i need ur sincere advice.
