Tier 2 general Partner - application help

Dear all,

My wife is in Pakistan and wishes to join me in UK. I need some help filling out the application online.

1- please advise if I have chosen the right application for my wife:

Type of visa: Work
Purpose of Application: Tier 2 General
Type of Application: Tier 2 General Partner up to 3 years

Is this the correct category ?

2- The date of intended travel is in November 14 however it is not allowing me to choose a date which is 90 days further. Will it affect the visa process in any way?

the question below is very confusing as it does not mention 'for' or 'from' at the end of the question. Please note that I am trying to answer this question on my wife's behalf.

3- Are you a national of the country in which you are applying?

Salam,

1. Yes its the correct category.

2. Not totally sure about this, but my guess is if it is not allowing you to select a date later than 90 days, then maybe there is some rule, that our partners should travel within 90 days of the visa approval. So check the gov visa website for this before applying.

3. Answer yes, as she is applying from Pakistan and she is national there.
