Hi ik_aam_insaan, I am planning to go Croydon PEO this coming Friday INSHALLAH.
I am showing the income as it is there, and it's no harm in doing so.
Please remember us in your prayers, as this is a crucial one.
Many thanks and good luck for your Mrs SET(M). All the best.

With thanks to God and support from family, friends and board members I received confirmation of ILR and documents. Letter was dated 20th June 2014. I am now waiting for BRP to arrive. Does anyone know the contact number of the delivery company so I can call them and I will likely be out and may miss the delivery...

My timeline: Application sent 3 March 2014
Fee deducted 5th March 2014, biometrics I think on 18th March 2014..

Many thanks to board members for help!

Guys want to pick your brains, I have booked SET(M) PEO appointment for my wife and daughters but we haven't received our daughters BRP cards yet, we received the one for my Mrs on the 18th of June, although a bit weird that my daughters one is left behind and my wife one arrived already. I called the Home Office to check and they say that all of them were ordered together on the 16th, and that it can arrive on different dates, and that it is nothing unusual about this :(
My question is what are the suggestions in cases like this when children dependants haven't received their BRP, shall I postpone or take a risk without that, and say it has been issued but we haven't received it yet ???
Please advice, many thanks.
Kind regards

Slam Shajee..

Personally i wouldnt suggest you to take risk Mashalla all your visas sorted except setm so do not take risk in that. If i am you i would re-arrange the appointment.
Anyways good luck for your appointment. Inshalla you will get it.,

Hassan Bahi, thanks for the prompt response, you are right that this the last one left for us, and that is why I was getting desperate to get it out of the way before I go back to Pakistan, but you are right that it's not worth to risk it at this stage, may be its Allah will that I have to wait for this.
I still have 2 days to either postpone or cancel the appointment, let's see what happens. Please remember us in your prayers. Many thanks again.

Hello Guys,

Just call to HO regarding FLR(M). I explained them the situation that my wife is in UK since 2009, whether her previous leave can be amalgamate if she apply now. The lady from HO straight away rejected it. I then insisted that there in nothing in Guidance notes. She put me on hold and went to take advise then comeback with same answer. She was very clear about rule and said your wife have to spend 5 years.
I am convinced now that its someone luck that he/she will get visa, otherwise there are rule which actually are quite clear about FLR(M), whether we like it or not.
Now its gamble of £1000 on FLR(M) and £1500 on ILR... who want to play :) :)

I think you can also inquire them by calling them. Secondly, if that is the case then we should have challenge this.. this is completely unfair...I see no point spending hundred of extra pound just to gamble. If this amount put in right direction then we may have bright chances to be confident and get visa on time.
