I am going to apply for entrepreneur visa, PSW route. Please let me know that from how long the funds (50K/200K) should be in account? 90 days, 28 day or just few days before application will be ok? Is there any guideline from home office about this duration?

Maintenance funds should be in account for 90 days, that Ok.

There is no guideline from the HO regarding the time for the investment funds in the account. However I am also trying to find out if someone had this objection raised by the case worker.

My problem is that half of my investment funds will come from a third part. I need advice on whether I should have that money transferred to my account (in which case the statement will be of a month or so) or to show it as a separate third party funds offered for the business.

Please advise.

First thing 50k is not the maintenance fund it is called investment funds.
U dont need 30days or 90 days for investment funds. There is no such requirement for it. The most important thing which is a requirement that ur 50k should be present at all time in the account once u apply ur case
