Question about the new tier1 ent guidance

Question about the new tier1 ent guidance

Hello guys

As you may know, UKBA released the new guidance (version 06/04/2014) https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _04-14.pdf

I got the tier1 ent. visa on 23/04/2014, who can tell me if I should follow the new guidance.

In my opinion, that new guidance only apply to who submits application on or after 06 April 2014.
