ILR Eligibility

Dear All

I have one query in relation to an individual ILR eligibility. The status is:

2008: Joined MBA Course as an international student from India
2009: Completed Master Course and worked for 6 months
2010-2011: Worked for 1.5 years on Study work visa
Nov 2011: Got Tier 2 - Visa through company

Query is: With new Tier 2 rules introduced in April 2010, would be eligible for ILR.

Need more information on your tier-2 visa. Is it intra-company transfer (ict) or general visa ?
If it's ICT visa, then ILR NOT possible. If it's general visa, then ILR possible in Oct - Nov. 2016.

Would you be eligible to apply for ILR if you have spent 10 years in the country which includes 2 years for PSW as well?
