Gents thanks indeed for your feedback. yes I have provided letter of employment & TB certificate. Just forgot to put it in there.
I only got married in February 14 and I have only sent her £100 so far via Western union. But the money was picked up by her brother. I am just not sure about what else I can put to prove subsisting and genuine relationship as mine was an arrange marriage. I have put down in the application that it was an marriage.

I am little wary of the financial supporting documents as my wages are all over the place and more specifically a drop in the salary in the month of April when I obtained unpaid special leave for two weeks. I only received around £900 in that Month. But I have provided a letter from my employer that I am a Non-salaried employee. my average 6 month gross is more than 12K.

The advantage with non salaried employment is that the ECO will go by your AVERAGE income over the 6 months so you are fine. I was also non salaried at the time of my husband's application and I provided a breakdown similar to yours and the actual calculation so it was there in black and white that I had earned enough in the last 6 months.
