CONTRACT CONFUSION

Hi

I have a recruitment company.

I have already applied for 50k entrepreneur team visa.

I have recd a letter from case worker asking for additional info.
(I would be grateful if you could forward a further work contract from your business.)

My question is : 1) can I have separate contracts ( different term & condition ) for separate clients. I think we can have it but still It would be great if any one would be able to clear my confusion.

2) do I need to mention my job role or profile in contract although I have send separate job profile sheet with my application


I am sending below mention stuff as my additional documents required by UKBA. I am trying to cover up all the possibilities from my point of view.
1) I am sending them 1 old contract which I have already sent with my application but I have got an extion from my client for a year(jan14-Jan15) initially it was for 6 months( dec13-jun14)

2) I am also sending 2 more new clients contract.
One of which has different terms & conditions.

3) A covering letter mentioning in details all the things I can & what I have understood from the UKBA letter

4) one bank statement showing added funds as the pound has gone up I have £30k in uk & bal back home.

KINDLY PLEASE TELL ME IF ANYTHING ELSE IS REQUIERED TO BE SENT.

you are a recruitment company what It means to me a recruitment agency where people(unemployed) come as individuals you keep them in your register and put them forward to employers as when needed bases.in this situation there are two type of contracts, a contract signed with an individual and a contract with an employer(company,business)

before I could say anything to what you need to know I wanted to know who you referring as clients ? who are your clients and the client whose contract you sent out with your visa application? before a suggestion I want to know if your clients are the individuals or you signed up contract with employers you provide work force to, because question to provide further work on contact I would amuse having the same contract with same employer(client) but further activities while the contract with an individual (a referral) would mean additional contracts as to show further business activities.

Two type of contracts:one is contract for services(with clients/company/business) and the second is contract of service(with employee-employment contract).HO requires your contract for services and if you provide them the contract of services with employees as well,that would be a plus point.
Experience and understanding can get you to the goal.Every information based on my own experience is friendly shared in goodfaith.

Hi,

did you get your visa??

i planning to start recruitment agency for temporary staff in hotels and restaurant like housekeeping ,porters, receptionist, reservation agent, chefs etc. and my job title would be HR Manager .

So my question is this business counts under 50k route??
