Third Party Funding

Post by kuzaaah » Mon Jun 23, 2014 9:20 am

Hi Guys

Please I need contributions from those who used third party funding from outside the UK.
Please could you list ALL the specific documents you submitted and how the wordings of these documents are framed i.e the content of these documents? I am getting some finance from a blood relative.
I am trying to put together some documents (Bank statement and letter from third party's bank, agreement letter) but can seem to know what they should be like.

Thank you

Kuz

Twenty seven views and no response. Come on guys. Every little comment helps. I know your comments do not constitute professional advice but they go a long way to provide an insight in to what prospective applicants like me need to know and do!

You would find the template on the last few pages under ukba guidlines. That should be enough for you. To my experience with home office you should know that 'Less is more'. Too much wordings sometimes misleads the case worker. Stick to their requirements.

On a side note, you would also need the letter from the overseas bank (letterheaded, duly signed) that the money is disposable in UK & not restricted to be transferred. Please also keep the exchange rates in mind that they must not fall below 50K at any fluctuation.

Good luck !
