hi i just want to ask if any one go in appeal n judge give his/her decision in home office favour and some one go for re apply instead of filing jr or ut so in that case person will loose their right of appeal in re apply.

Hello Shahjee,

Answer is yes. If things goes wrong after reapplied then You only will be able to put JR.
