EEA family permit (Surinder Singh) approved!

Hi everyone.

After all the stress and sadness weve been through (3 weeks and 5 days), UKVI sent me an email that they already made a decision and DHL called me this morning asking me to pick up my package. Thank God my EEA family permit is approved.

To all the people who helped me in this forum, thank you very much. Anyone who wants to ask me questions about all the documents I submitted, you are welcome.

*according to UKVI, there are delays on the processing so please be patient.

What nationalities are you and when did you apply? We applied in Feb and we still have not received a reply or the right COA.

She is from the Philippines and her husband is a joint British/Italian national (hence Surinder Singh). They didn't apply for EEA2 (residence card); they applied for an EEA family permit which doesn't provide a COA.
