spouse visa questions

my wife is under DLA and we are trying to apply for a spouse visa if the god wants.
i have 4 questions and i hope u really help me please

01) could u tell me please if my wife needs to fill the appendix2 form too??

02) is the SU07/12 Sponsorship Undertaking form required ??

03) if she is her child's career is that gona help in our case even she already got her own DLA ??

04) her dad own his business and he has a job for me when i'm there in uk...if he write a letter saying that he got me a job etc etc is that gona help me to get the spouse visa ???
