Hello everyone am new here,i really need help...
Am a kenyan married to a British and am applying for my spousal Visa. i needed to know what kind of documents one need in respect to self employment.For someone who is a sole trader.what we have so far is
(a) Evidence of the amount payable for the last full financial year.
(b) Annual self assessment tax return to HRMC
(C) Evidence of on going self employment through evidence of payment of class 2 National Insurance Contributions.
(D) A Certificate of V.A.T registration and a V.A.T return for the last full financial year and accountant's Certificate of confirmation.
