10 year long residence maintenance requirement

Post by T2dep » Thu Jun 26, 2014 10:16 pm

Hi

I am applying for ILR (10 Year) in next couple of months and wondering if I have to attach bank statement as proof of pay (have payslips though).

I do not have higher balances, any idea if this is an issue.

Cheers

Hi
All you need For your ILR application:

Completed Set LR application form.
All passports covering 10 years.
BRP card if any.
Two passport size pictures.
Life in the UK certificate.
English degree/certificate fulfilling requirement.

You don't need to send any bank statement for maintenance,
Hope this helps. And good luck

Thanks for your quick response.

Do I need a letter from Employer (as on Tier 2 currently) confirming my continous employment with them ?

No I don't think so all you need are the docs that I posted above. Plus it's always good to keep it simple.
