Urgent Help Needed-Delay in processing UK Tier2 General Visa

From a earlier post, i noticed you recommending to opt for the fast track processing for tier 2 general dependent visa.

I was under the assumption that, fast track processing is available only for visitor visa.

Can you please confirm, if fast track processing is applicable for Tier 2 general visa as well, when processing from India.
If you can share any links on that, it will be of great help.

aja, Priority VISA service (INR 10500) is not applicable for Tier 2 General Migrant who are filling from India. As you have rightly said it is applicable for Visitor and Tier 2 ICT.

No, I am still waiting for the CoS. Let's see when can I get to the visa application step. UK immigration is quite complex and unpredictable!

@urfrnd they visited my employer and checked all job advertisement record etc . They said we will decide if we are not happy with your record they we will make you b grade sponsor then your employee would not get visa and if we keep you A grade sponsor then he might get visa....

Still Tension underway, it has been two weeks no reply either to me or to employer

In your case I believe they are planning to visit your employer and then they will decide , usually they are quite booked to visit I think that's why they are taking time

My employer is A rated sponsor and I asked him to drop them an email for this delay. He did it but in vain. Its almost a month he dropped them an email but no results. They have not contacted him either. Not sure what is happening.

But you dont worry. Everything will be ok and you will get your visa soon.

Hi,

My Tier 2 general visa needs to be renewed by 29th Jan 2015. Can my company apply for the visa extension in November or December 2014 i.e. 2 months before expiry? I have to apply for my wife's dependent visa extension as well. Do i need to show any maintenance funds for Tier 2 general Extension for myself and my wife?
Please advice.
