Tier 2 Depedent Visa Help Please!!

Hi everyone,

I am in the UK since April, 2011, and am now in Tier 2 visa since 2013. I got married in March 2014 and came back to UK.

I live in a shared accommodation - and my house owner pays all bills.

Now my wife is applying for Tier 2 dependent visa to join me in UK. Is it necessary that my partner, currently in Pakistan, should submit my tenancy agreement at the time of her visa application.

I read from some of the previous posts that it is not mandatory, and is also not included in the list of docs to be submitted (as per UKBA) - but not sure if every one agrees on this?

Also, she has £3000 in her bank account for last 3 months and she is maintaining it. is that ok or i can put my bank statements?

What other documents would you all suggest me?
