If the current home address is less than 5 years then in B15 the applicant need to give previous address and if previous is also less then 5 years then is there any need to continue to give 5 years address but the column in form finish there without giving further space to write?
Cool mind on B14 just mention your last address and don't worry if it's not completing last 5 years.
Regards to the photocopies of the last 3 passports, you just need the front pages with your information and the pages where you have visas and entry exit stamps, any visa which was on a BRP card and you already send it back to the Home Office for a previous leave, and you don't have the photo copies for that, than not to worry, it's completely ok. Send what you got on the passport pages and that is good enough.
I hope it helps.
Kind regards

Hi msmussaf,
What a poetry, thoroughly enjoyed.
Regards to the appointment this Friday, we had to postpone it to the end of July as the BRP cards for my daughters never arrived. I have called them emailed them, but to no avail. They replied to the email yesterday to say wait for another 6-10 days, if they didn't arrive by then , send them another email, frankly it's ridiculous, but hay "beggars cannot be choosers" as it stand one can only raise a query and than it's a wait and see game.
I hope your one will be coming soon, looks like it's going to any time, you are almost there. Hope fully you will be giving us the good news soon. All the best.
Kind regards

Hi Shahfurqan,
Well I think it should be good enough, but I ticked the last option on the form saying "All data held by the UK Border Agency" that way at least it is sure that they will send you any and every thing that they know about you. I hope it helps.

Hi,
I am due to apply for my child's MN1 application

In section 5, it asks for at least one professional referee who knows the child in professional capacity such as solicitor, teacher, minister of religion or health visitor. The child is just 18 months and does not go to nursery or school so can't get a teacher to sign. I don't know any social worker or minister of religion who could sign. The health visitor team declined and said its not their policy to sign forms.

I have got 2 work colleagues to sign as referees on his form, both professionals (fulfill the criteria on the exhaustive list of referees), are British citizens & over 25 years of age

Just wondering if someone had been in similar situation and suggest if this would be OK or if any of the experts could please help ?

Also if somebody could please share a format for cover letter as I was thinking to mention the details in a cover letter as well.

Help in this regard would be much appreciated...

Thanks & Regards.

Ali Bahi really appreciate your kind words. All off us have been through these problems for so long, and I just can't see any one struggling, we have to give hand on support to our brothers and sisters, to make sure when it comes to such an important mile stone, they should get the right guidance and support, to make sure they go through this process safe and sound INSHALLAH. The amount of kind and supportive people that I have found on this forum have frankly increased my faith in humanity. May Allah help us all in the pursuit and achievement of our goals. Ameen. Same query was in my mind when I was filling the form.
You don't need to continue on extra sheet as they didn't asked so.
There is only one column to give previous adress. That's it.

Can I apply now as I have heard that IF first entry is within 90 days of visa date then the 10 yr qualifying time starts from the visa date rather than the entry date. Does this mean I am eligible from 22nd June? Just being impatient

Hi my friend
Happy to hear that you are getting freedom soon, but you need to be little more patient as your 28 days qualifying period is from day you got your first entry in UK which is 15 th August.
As one of our kind friend Prem _ singh already mentioned.
