Marriage to Romanian gf

Hi

I have a Romanian gf , we have been talking to each other like a long time now. She now wants to come to Ireland to marry me. I am Non EU national , legally in Ireland , what will be the procedure for this.

How much time will it take to marry her and get marriage registered etc

Also I want to apply Stamp 4 , after we get married.

can someone tell me the procedure and their experience if possible

I am sure many people have done this a Non EEA guy marrying non Irish Eu girl , now how can I get stamp 4 from this....Can someone reply or share there experience regarding this . Thanx
