Application date question

My appointment is coming up very soon. Just for the peace of mind, can others please confirm that if my qualifying period (i.e., entry clearance being issued) was on 30 July 2009, that I can apply at PEO on 3 July 2014?

Why was this moved to Tier 1 General forum? I was specifically asking about application for ILR (hence my mention of the qualifying period).

Ridiculous...

Yes, you can apply on or after 3rd July 2014 for your ILR.
