When can i apply for Naturalization?

When can i apply for Naturalization?

I want to ask whether i can apply for naturalization or not?

My case is: I came to UK on Tier 1 dependent visa in April 2010. Received ILR in January 2013. After that i went to my home country for 5 months (150 days) with my kids while my husband was here in UK. I returned back in January 2014.

As to be eligible one should have been outside the country for 90 days. Is it good if i apply in October 2014.

Also I read that one have to be in UK for 5 years for naturalization , please advice is it applicable to those who have ILR already.
