ILR Eligibility check

Post by zahmed05 » Thu Jun 26, 2014 4:28 pm

Hello,

I got my first Tier 1 approved on 22nd March 2010 and subsequently went for an extension in 2013 and got an extension till 12th March 2015.

My question is will I need to apply for another extension because I haven't got continuous 5 year leave and I am short by 10 days.

Thanks in advance.

No need to apply for another extension,Because you can go ILR before 28 days of your eligibility. i.e 23rd Feb 2015.

hi,
i have some queries regarding ILR

1; i m on dependent visa tier 1 since December 2009, but main applicant [my wife]came in 26th august 2009. can i apply with my wife too. i achieved 6.5 in IELTS in ACCADEMIC, passed life in UK test too. will it be acceptable as someone told me that u should appear in IELTs general.

2. My daughter also on dependent visa to my wife, came in UK October 2009, she is 19-year old, studying in Liverpool university doing Engineering. Her study period in England is more than 4 and half year. She is full time university student now. Would she also have to appear in IELTS. She has passed life in UK test as well.

Thnx
Mazhar
