How easy it is to find a new Sponsor in UK?

Hi,
I have Tier 2 General Visa looking to switch my current job and find a new one in UK only. Do the companies in UK provide COS or are they reluctant to do so? Please advice.

Why are you keen to change sponsors when you have not even got here?
In answer to how easy is it to change - in the UK it can be done. but it depends on your job role demand and your skill set.

Thank you for you reply. I will be traveling to UK next month.
The pay offered by my sponsor is very less and I am not sure living in London will be cost effective on that pay. Just to keep my options open, I want to know how is the job market there. Can you PM me so I can give you the details about my job role and skill set.
