Outside UK Tier 2 General Visa - Change in Start date

hi,

I currently work in Bangalore,India; my new employer in UK sponsoring Tier2 general visa for me. I have already got the Visa and the start date for work is 10 NOV.

But for some personal reason, I want to delay my travel by another 2-3 weeks. I have informed my employer the same. Does this change in start date also needs to be informed to immigration authority?
