FLR(M) - expired English cert?

Post by AcrossBorders » Sat Jul 05, 2014 2:24 pm

Hi All,

My wifes visa runs out in a month and will need to apply for FLR (M) to extend.

I recall reading somewhere the A1 English test certificate only needs to be valid during entry clearance and that an extension via FLR(M) an expired certificate will be accepted?

I can't find the thread/link I have read this on sometime ago, can someone shed some light on this? The exam passed in 2011 was Toeic A1 Speaking and listening.

Many thanks

Thanks for that, that will be useful when applying for ILR/Citizenship, it doesn't mention anything about language requirements for Visa extension / FLR(M).

Do you know if an expired A1 Toeic cert is accepted for FLR(M)?
