Right EEA Form

Hi everyone,
I am applying for RC very soon but wondering about couple of things!
Do i need to just send completed EEA2 form with my passport and my partner's passport and job documents etc.?
Or do i need to send EEA1 form as well?

If you have spare £55 then may send EEA1 as well in same envelope which is totally optional to apply.
