I did the application according to Ho needs according to point based system.

1.Application form of applicant
2. Application from of Dependant

6.SOC code 3422 as Wig designer( I was bit confused with my Job role and I directly spoke to Help desk for business who provided SOC code for home office and got a confirmation email from them regarding my job role and kept the email confirmation printout in my application).
7:Fund held in Regulated Financial Institution.
8:Money disposable in UK
(Money 50k in UK bank statement and letter confirming money has instant access).
9:English language
Master certificate and transcript
10. Maintenance of funds for dependant.

1.Documents showing business activity
a) Welcome letter from business bank account
b) Letter saying business is actively trading.
c) Business bank statement
d)1 business contract
e) copy of CT41G

2: TRADE SHOW DOCUMENTS:
a) Photos of stall in trade show

No objection from landlord to operate business in the premises

I highlighted with yellow colour where ever it is necessary.

I used stickier and notes and covering letter where ever it needed and made the application to be very easy and smooth for case worker.
I will advice to be professional and Genuine as your applying as Entrepreneur.

Did you apply for this as someone already running the business?

My wife and I are applying under the £200,000 visa, and of course, we don't have any evidence of the business already running because it is our intention to move to the UK to start the business.

My wife worked in the field before in London (when I was a student and she was a dependent) and intends to open her own company in the UK if she gets this visa.

Please let me know.
