Hi
First of all i have to say thanks to the moderator helped us to get MY ILR and my Wife ILR and also My first son ILR.
I am in UK now, But my wife went to India for Second son delivery last year September 2013. Now i am planning to Apply ILR for my second son in Chennai - India.
Kindly Please clarify the following points.
1 )While filling form VAF4A Appendix 1 i got confused with the section 1.
"Do not complete this part if you are applying as the child of settled parent(s) with limited leave".
Do i need to fill this section ?.
2) Is ther any income threshold.
Thanks a ton for your help always.

Hi Amber
Thanks a lot for your Response.
As you mentioned "Yes" , Is it for both the question.
1) Section 1 - Needs to be completed in Appendix 1
Both me & MY already got ILR. So do i need to complete the section 1 in appendix1
for my son's ILR .
2) Income threshold is there , If yes how much ?.
Can you please reply . Thanks a lot.

I'd set it out clearly and include 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements.

Hi Amber
Apologies for again asking you the question,
I already took the print out of the application VAF4A and filled, But when i try to book the appointment in online in Chennai VFS office it is asking me to fill the application online, Do i need to fill it again and submit that document or skip this and submit the application which i filled manually. If we have to fill it online then is this category
"Settlement Child or Other Dependant of Settled Person" correct.
Thanks a lot for your help .
Rgds

Hi Amber
Thanks a lot for your help. I applied ILE for my son in Chennai on 18/07/2014 and we got the visa stamped today 25/07/2014.
One thing i thought to mentioned here ; As Prakash mentioned in his earlier post, Chennai VFS is specifically asking for TB certificate for kids younger than 11 years old though it is mentioned not required in site. If anyone is applying in Chennai please don't forget to take the TB certificate.
Amber one more query regarding citizenship, I am planning to apply BC in September , Can i include my son also in the application.
He got ILE now and will enter UK August second week.
Thanks
Bammu

Yes, if the other parent is present and settled in the UK and the child is under 13.

Please can you advise what supporting documents must be provided with the application?
Thanks,
Jerrin
