ILR Dependent VISA 2years stay in UK

Hi

I am planning to apply for my dependent ILR as well along with mine in September 2014. My wife traveled to India for almost an year for delivery of our child. Wanted to check with you guys is she still eligible to apply for ILR with me based 2 years in UK because she entered on Tier 2 dependent on 22 Jul 2010

She was out for delivery of our first child. We do have all the letters from NHS and from Indian Dr's. Hope it's not going to be a problem.
