Visa approved after a lot of confusion. :)

Post by Momi » Thu May 22, 2014 12:07 pm

Hello everyone
1st of all I'm really grateful to God almighty and thankful to then who prayed for me.
As many of these forum members aware that I'm an old member and started working on tier 1 entrepreneur very early whereas my PSW was expiring on 20 August 2014.
Right, I submitted my application last and received biometric within a week but after that I changed my mind because I read many refusals on those days. Anyway my consultant and some of my friends were successful to convince so I received biometric letter again on 13 may. Biometric done same day with one dependant.
Visa approved 16 may within 2 working days which was a surprise for me.
I would suggest to everyone that you must have knowledge about this visa before applying + hire a professional immigration consultant.
Best of luck for everyone who are applying soon.
If you need any help please let me know and I will try my level best to help you.
Many thanks to all forum members.
My friends and even consultant said that I have good knowledge about this visa and it was possible with this forum.

If your friend is ready to share his/her experience then I would suggest that ask him/her. Registering a company is just a start, you need a trading contract, advertisements, business insurance, and sooooooo on.
If you want then I can provide you my consultant number who helped me to prepare rest of documents.
Website must be done by a professional because I have seen some refusals on website as well.
Best of luck.

Congrats Momi on your Visa Approval, personally I don't think visa approval is a function of whether we apply through an Immigration Consultant or not. I applied without any solicitor and I also know people who applied without solicitors who also got their Visas. Some others also used solicitors and had their applications refused.
