Hi Alii

i have a query

Q 1 ; What is the process to vary an application.??? Does we need permission from UKBA first ?
Q2: in regards to fee does we need to pay full fee or just the difference? if just the difference, then the payment details in form should be filled ?

Hi there is nothing in immigration policy guidance that requires you to seek permission from UKBA for variation of application.
I varied my Tier 1 application into ILR Set (LR) in April by sending the ILR application with detailed covering letter explaining the variation of leave.
With regards to payment I paid the whole fees for ILR and after sometime I get a cheque(full fees for my initial application) in my name to my solicitor address.
