what are the security checks for eea residence card???

Identity/passport checks.
Marriage certificate validity checks.
Documents verifications.

thnx actually i rung eea helpline they said my application status is that security checks are still going on ,fro 30th may 2014 casworker put security checks request and today is 7th july 2014 still security checks are in progress, how does long it take, and is this true security checks means they most probably issue residence card.my husband employer received call from ukba two times to confirm employment as well. plz explain a bit thnx

All decisions are made after security checks,So you never know the out come of your application.
Time limit for residence card applications are 6 month,so caseworker must have to complete the procedure within the time limit.

My is appeal and appeal should take no longer than months hopefully coz homeoffice reconsider my appeal and cancled hearing date
