Hi everyone

This forum is always help me a lot.I m T1 Ent,i just have a question for you guys.can i keep a taxi badge with is already on not working even before i apply for T1 ENT.and still its status is not working I just keeping it alive for the rainy days.kindly help me if u guys can.
