Continuous period calculation

Hi,

I need help with calculating the ILR continuous period. Could you please advise if I qualify for ILR application in July 2014.

Tier-1 general Visa valid from - Jan 15th 2009

Date of arrival to UK - June 5th 2009 (After 145 days late)

Left UK to India because my job background check was ongoing - Oct 1st 2009

Returned to UK - Nov 12th 2009

First Job start date - Nov 17th 2009. I've been in continuous employment since then.

Five year period for ILR application: July 2009 - July 2014

As you can see, for the period between Oct 1st 2009 - Nov 17th 2009, I was not contributing to "economic activity" in UK. Would that stop me from qualifying for ILR?

I don't think so any issue because if you are on tier 1 route it is not mandatory you have to be in employment through out 5 years , As i can see from this forum lot of people who are not in continuous employment have got ILR Approved...

you only need to gain points for employment for 12 months during the last 15 months.
