I have residence card which valid 2016
Divorced June 2014 and married 2009
Can any one help what I can apply
I have following documents of my ex wife
Joint bills and bank statements august 2012 to till June 2014
Treaty rights she worked all the time but I have 5 to 6 pay slips each year and she is self employed 2009 to till now but i have tax returns 2012 to 2013
Can any one let me know this is enough documents for apply ror or pr

Based on the length of your marriage, you may qualify for PR or a further 5 years residence card.

it is not very aparent that you qualify for either of them.

This will depend on when you entered UK and whether you have spent the whole of your marriage period in the UK.

I came here in uk 2006 visit visa then married 2009 got rc on 2010 dec if I apply ror at this stage if they issue me 5 year rc again then when I can apply for pr and when I apply for pr then I need her documents again or the base on my document after ror enough documents

It is quite difficult to tell, without full knowledge of the documents you have.

UKBA arw quite demanding in regards to self employment.

Have you got proof of residence for her during this period?

From august 2012 to June 2014 have joint bank statements
Water bills electricity bills etc

As the above documents I feel that you are not eligible for PR.
But
You can at least secure your retain rights of residence.
For ROR you are require bills and bank statements at least for a year and pay slips from year before when your divorce initiated to decree absolute.
I don't understand what is this,,tax return 2013 to 2014????
You wrote that you have a pay slips covering 2013 and 2014???
Is she doing two different job? One as a worker and one as a self employed?

Yes she doing 2 jobs when I get the ror after that when I can apply for pr

Provided UK is still in the UK, you may qualify sometime in 2018 -2019.

You may qualify for PR. Some closer investigation need tobe done on her activities from 2009.

I think if you continue carry on your treaty rights then some where in 2016.

My residence card will expire in nov 2016
I worked all the time I have my all tarty rights document then I can apply pr end of my rc

You could ask the UK or the Tribunal, if it gets to that stage, to get it.

Or if you have a rep, you could get him to ask UKBA

For ROR documents are required at least a year before the divorce proceedings and qualifying status at the time of decree absolute.
