You do need to advise of any changes for your BRP.

@Casa, when I tried to update my address a couple of years ago, I was told I don't need to inform them every time I move and it is more about name change etc. but said that they would just put a note on the system that I had called. I was on a Spouse Visa BRP at that time and they said that it is generally accepted that people move homes.

You may well be right but I was erring on the safe side from the info still on the Home Office website:
You can report a change of address without having to apply for a new biometric residence permit (BRP).
You must apply for a new BRP if you need to report any other changes.

Thanks Guys,

I have gone through this form and it seems like it's only for those people who are on Tier 1,2,4 and 5. I am already on ILR and will be applying for Naturalization in two months time.

Let me know your thoughts..
